I built this site with your privacy in mind from the ground up. I don't track you, I don't sell your data, and I don't share your information with advertisers. If you reach out to me through the contact form, the information you provide is used only to respond to you — nothing else, full stop. I chose Plausible Analytics specifically because it collects no personal data whatsoever. The formal policy below covers the same ground in the language attorneys prefer.

Client Portal
Existing clients may access a password-protected client portal to proof photos, download images, and order prints. Access requires a password provided directly by Ryan Velting Photography. No personal data is collected through the portal beyond what was already provided during your project engagement.

If you make a purchase through this website, payment processing is handled by third-party providers including Stripe, Square, and PayPal depending on the transaction method selected.
